Agency Terms: All agency staff will provide their own invoices for work carried out at the practice on a self-employed basis, the invoice will be on letterheaded paper and is payable at the end of the session. The agency will invoice booking fee’s directly to the practice. Please note cancellation fee equivalent to the booking fee per session will be charged should bookings be cancelled on the day.
