DLC has most defiantly been a life saver for me and our practice, following our re-opening after the pandemic we had a crippling staff shortage. Initially I was booking locums week by week but very quickly started booking locums in advance as I knew we were in a long-term situation. I built up a great rapport with Carla and was able to send her staff rotas for a month in advance and she would very efficiently and speedily book all our locums for the month, giving me piece of mind that we were staffed for the month ahead.

Nothing ever seem too much trouble for Carla & Leigh, Carla responds to messages all of the time and you are never left hanging around for an answer, this includes weekends and bank holidays, late nights and early mornings!

All of the nurses that are sent from DLC are hard working and professional. I honestly don’t know how we would have got though the last 2 years without DLC and all of their hard work and dedication.
